Sports socks should not be too thick

First, decide whether to choose thin or thick according to the specific situation. Generally speaking, people whose feet sweat easily should choose a thicker one; conversely, choose a thinner one. For some sports, such as badminton, the socks are too thick and affect the feel of the feet, so you should buy thinner ones. In addition, if you have an ankle injury, you should wear thick socks, which can fix and protect the ankle.
Second, choose pure cotton texture. The pure cotton material is soft, sweat-absorbent and comfortable to wear.

Third, the elasticity of the socks should be better. Socks with good elasticity fit snugly and are not easy to slip. Poor-quality socks will deform after being washed, and the fibers will clump together, causing unevenness in various parts, and people will feel their feet grinding during exercise. When purchasing socks, you should check whether the elastic fibers in the cuffs of the socks are broken. If so, you must not buy them.

Finally, special socks are required to participate in certain events. In some highly confrontational sports, such as football, socks have high waists to protect the calves, which must not be ignored during exercise.
