How to exercise facial muscles

The face is the image issue we care about most, but we will still have some problems if we keep taking care of it. For example, facial muscle relaxation is what we are most worried about, so how to exercise facial muscles is also the most important. Yes, first of all, we should pay attention to doing more exercises for our face in life, and also pay attention to eating more nutritious food and protein.

1. Exercise the upper eyelid levator muscles to prevent upper eyelids from sagging. With your eyes open, raise your eyebrows as high as possible and stay there for 5 seconds. Then, without moving the eyebrows, let the upper eyelids look down into squinting eyes, and stay there for another 5 seconds before returning to their natural state. Do this 3 times each time.

2. Exercise the muscles of the corners of the mouth on both sides. The corners of the mouth of elderly people often droop in a figure-eight shape, which is the reason for unnatural facial expressions. You can close your lips lightly, roll your upper and lower lips toward the middle of your mouth, and tilt the corners of your mouth to the left and right, and lift each upward for 5 seconds. You can also form a U-shape with your lips and pull the corners of your mouth as far as possible for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times each time.

3. Teeth tapping movement. Open your mouth as wide as possible, bite down hard, and repeat 30 times in one group, do three groups. This exercise plumps up the cheek muscles.

4. Place your index and middle fingers under the cheekbones for circular massage, 16 times each, three groups. The above methods can not only plump facial muscles, but also promote facial blood circulation, make the face rosy and improve the skin. It is effective if your facial muscles are sore the next day after exercise.

Note: (1) More times are not always better. My experience is that three groups of 30 reps each are the best. Too many reps will have the opposite effect.

(2) Practice every other day for better results. This is the same as bodybuilding training. Give your muscles a day's rest.

(3) It must be coordinated with the exercise of other parts. If you just train your facial muscles, the effect will be very slow or even have no effect. You can use the method of training facial muscles on the second day of bodybuilding training.

(4) Eat more eggs, milk, pollen and other foods. It's best not to smoke. Don't go to bed too late at night. Using the above method, it will generally be effective after 3-4 exercises. However, it should be noted that you must persist for at least half a year, otherwise the muscles you have grown will still atrophy.

When doing facial exercises, we should pay attention to being as standard as possible. We should also pay attention to insisting on doing them for a long time, because the facial muscles will return to their previous relaxed state after we do not do exercises, so it is best to do them for a long time. Keep doing it, and secondly, pay attention to supplementing the face with more protein, collagen, etc. Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables will also be helpful to the facial muscles.
